Lance began his career in the feature film industry at Warner Bros. Studios and Touchstone Pictures. Lance left Hollywood to pursue an agency-side career, both domestic and international, working with Global 500 brands such as Ericsson, Nokia, Motorola and Siemens. In 2003, Lance accepted a position with a start-up beverage company, IZZE, based in Boulder, CO. He spent four years creating what is today one of the most successful emerging brands in the industry.

Alliance and Mocapay bring a wealth of experience in engaging the youth-oriented markets, and their combined focus on emerging payment trends will provide for a lively panel discussion of how GenY and Millennial consumers will drive adoption of new payment technologies.
